Contributions and Participation Rights

Any contributions made to TRNZND, as a pre-TGE purchase, will have the yield used exclusively to further the development and advancement of the TRNZND project and its stated objectives, with the capital remaining in the TRNZND reserve.

Contributions will not grant contributors any ownership rights, equity interests, or shareholding in TRNZND or any of its affiliated entities. However, SATORI shall grant advisory voting rights specifically in respect of future social impact allocations.

Contributions and wallets will be screened by globally recognised compliance software prior to final acceptance.

Any contributions from a wallet flagged as participating in non-compliant activities will be frozen and may not be returned to the contributor.

The contributor has the right to withdraw their contribution within 14 days of the transfer being made to the TRNZND wallet by contacting us here, and the contribution will be returned with any fees/charges deducted at the responsibility of the contributor.
